Residential Building Surveyors MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS or MCIOB
Salary £40,000 – £55,000
Location: North Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Stafford,
Shape Surveyors are looking for Chartered Surveyors (MRICS/FRICS or AssocRICS) who will carry out building surveys for private customers. We can consider consultant surveyors and flexible working options including part-time hours. Salary up to £55,000 + £4000 car allowance is dependent on location and experience.
Using industry-leading sector technology, you will be home-based and will form part of an area team of residential surveyors. Individuals will be required to inspect a wide range of residential property types and styles.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB)

- the ability to work as part of a team;
- the ability to remain calm under pressure;
- confidence in your own judgement;
